Stop by Woodberry Kitchen weekdays from 11:00am-3:00pm to get some shopping done and support small businesses! Shoppers get free cider and holiday cookies, too. Tons of great products…
The new fast-casual (and delicious) Farmstead Shack is now open in Canton.
Former Dogwood Cafe Chef Galen Sampson is at the helm here, as well as at the larger (and affordable!) full restaurant, Farmstead Grill. At Farmstead Shack, you can grab ‘n go (or sit awhile) from from 7:30am to dusk. On the menu: breakfast biscuits, house-made dogs and brats, fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, and beer and wine. Soon they will add snowballs, happy hours, lawn parties and more. Did you say LAWN parties? Are they like field parties from high school? Okay, probably not.
If you’ve never been to Graul’s (and let’s be honest, who hasn’t been to Graul’s? It’s a Baltimore institution…) you have to stop in over the holidays. So many fun specialties line the shelves! House-made marinades, flavor-infused vinegars, cheeses, a full deli section (a little nicer than your ordinary deli section — so many pates!), terrific prepared foods (this time of year gets too busy to cook every night)…and we haven’t even mentioned the bakery!
Dannng, look at that.
