Hold the Dairy. (And the eggs.)

September 20, 2021 by Amy Langrehr
As I have been telling you (and my brain), I have changed the way I eat over the last year or so. I am very sensitive to eggs (I know, that really stinks) and cow’s milk. So, I’ve been trying lots of non-dairy versions of some of my favorite things like milk, cheeses, etc. Similarly, my body has a hard time processing gluten, so I’ve found some bagels and bread that I like – a LOT. And I feel so much better! So, while I am not allergic to dairy or gluten, my body does react well to it. I always thought my stomach aches were something I had to deal with — no more.

So, here are a few of my favorites. I will be putting together a more complete list on my blog, but in the meantime, I have been sharing them in my Instagram stories. I have saved these stories in a highlight on my IG profile. If you have trouble processing eggs or gluten or dairy, try cutting them out for a month. It’s easier than you think.
